The AnnotatedEarth Location Service, located at http://www.annotatedearth.com/AELocationService/location.asmx, can be used to fully access the AnnotatedEarth GPS/Location-aware infastructure.  Developer information can be found here.  All users of this service must abide by the AnnotatedEarth site and developer licenses, which can be found on the legal page.
